I always us a water purifier for drinking, cooking (even pasta or beans)
and love my British Berkefeld gravity water filter – no need to hook up to water lines.
I like having the the fluoride filter being built into the main filter, so there is no need to screw on separate fluoride filters in the bottom container.
Keep in mind that the “British Berkefeld” name is the original company of the Berkey/Berkefeld gravity water filtration systems.
They’re a British company and the water filters are outstanding compared to anything you can buy domestically in the US.
